This was tasty, a simpler combination of boneless, skinless chicken thighs chopped and marinated in teriyaki/ginger/soy added to shredded carrots (a favorite of late), leftover broccoli, and two yellow onions. In addition to bok choy, asparagus, carrots, baby corn, and broccoli, this stir fry is accompanied by a teriyaki-garlic marinaded chicken. The whole affair is spiced up by three levels of spice : sesame and chili oils, jalepeno and seranno peppers, and siracha sauce. Very tasty!!
