What’s for Dinner : Teriyaki Thigh Stirfry

This was tasty, a simpler combination of boneless, skinless chicken thighs chopped and marinated in teriyaki/ginger/soy added to shredded carrots (a favorite of late), leftover broccoli, and two yellow onions.  Not too shabby for my first time with a dark-meat stir-fry, although it did end up a little richer / greasier than I expected.  (B+)  At least the stove is clean in the photo.
